Evaluations
An evaluation is conducted in order to determine your child’s needs and to develop goals in any of the following areas:
speech sound disorders: articulation, phonology, childhood apraxia of speech (production of speech sounds)
receptive language (understanding language)
expressive language (using language through spoken words, signs, as well as augmentative and alternative communication [AAC])
pragmatic language (social communication)
feeding
Individual Sessions
Individual sessions with your child will target unique therapy goals.
Home-exercise activities are provided to families to encourage continued practice and learning at home.
Therapists can partner with your child’s educator(s) in order to help develop skills across settings.
